No profanity: We like to try and keep this subreddit clean.I also had a friend and colleague, (who I used to work together with at Apple Support), who is also an IT person for, who is in Texas, reproduce the same things.Īlso, just to be clear, the Apple support rep, and their escalated 'Senior Support Specialist', both also reproduced the issue, and thus escalated it up so that hopefully someone will fix this.FYI: I just tried it again right now on 3 different computers that have never accessed this site (ie: no bad web cache files), and it's still failing.Intel Hackintosh Discord: AMD Hackintosh Discord: Rules Howdy,I had tried this on 6 different computers, an iMac Pro running High Sierra (where I first discovered this via a remote session into a client's iMac Pro that needed to upgrade it's macOS), then, to confirm, I tested the same link on all 3 major browsers used by most on macOS (Safari, FireFox, Google Chrome), then reproduced it on my own MBP running Mojave, on my own 2nd MBP running Catalina, and then just to confirm, also on 3 other computers, a remote iMac running El Capitan, and another in another location, on High Sierra, and another, in another unique location, running Sierra on a Mac mini, so, in total, on 6 computers, across 5 locations (I use TeamViewer to access and administer about 200+ computers), using at least 3 different ISPs. I've opened a case with Apple support, they reproduced the problems, and they've supposedly escalated this, however, now 4 hours later, it's still not working. Which, instead of redirecting, launching the Apple App store, and going directly to the desired macOS downloadable installer, simple show a blank safari page, and doesn't even launch the App store app at all. These links, only open a blank page such as : macOS High Sierra 10.13 can upgrade Sierra, El Capitan, Yosemite, Mavericks, Mountain Lion.
